The Associate will work on industry-leading transactions, representing major corporations, private equity and venture capital firms, investment banks, lenders, senior management, and shareholders.

KEY OPPORTUNITIES:

- Represent major corporations, private equity/venture capital firms, and investment banks in industry-leading transactions.
- Handle M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt/securities offerings.
- Draft operating and partnership agreements while attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong academic background and admission to the Texas Bar.
- 2nd-4th year experience in private equity transactions and M&A.
- Superior drafting and research skills, including negotiating transaction documents.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, proactive personality, with excellent teamwork skills.
- Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations for professional development.
