Lewis Hunt started Pierson Hunt in 2023 following a six-year-career as a top recruiter for law firms and investment banks in the City of London, London, UK.
Throughout his career, Lewis has directly advised hiring professionals and law partners in world’s top law firms, building teams of top lawyers across industries. He has strong relationships with many leading law firms in the US and UK.
In starting and running Pierson Hunt, Lewis aims to build a nimble operation and highly personalised experience for both clients and candidates.

Prior to joining Lewis at Pierson Hunt in 2023, Thao had a six-year-career at top tech start-ups, building cutting-edge B2C and B2B products. Thao graduated from Yale University (BA, Economics & History) in 2016.
Thao is an expert at building fast, personalised user experience, utilising measurable and non-measurable data.
Partnering with Lewis, Thao focuses on increasing the speed of our service to clients and candidates.
